The Modern Heirloom Home - The kitchen stands as the heart of the home, defined by a clean and sleek design anchored by a spacious island that seamlessly connects to the living and dining areas. Finished with a striking Calacatta quartz in a full waterfall detail, the island becomes both a visual centerpiece and a functional hub.

Designed for a client who loves to host, the kitchen goes beyond its utilitarian purpose—serving as a space for gathering, entertaining, and connection. Storage was also maximized through full-height cabinetry, ensuring both efficiency and a streamlined look.

The Modern Heirloom Home - set within a 200 sqm interior, the goal was to create a contemporary interior, taking into considerations the married couple’s existing furniture and accessories which has been with them for years.

The design was a collaborative effort with the architect and engineers, allowing for a well-planned layout with proper dimensions and clearances—key to the project’s success.

Home away from home - the project focused on improving spatial flow and functionality—most notably by reconfiguring the T&B (Toilet & Bath) for guest access, maximizing storage in every corner, and creating a more efficient kitchen.

With custom-built furniture, high-quality materials, and energy-efficient lighting, the space balances comfort and refinement.

Completed over 5-6 months through mostly online collaboration, the project stands out for its thoughtful customization and the client’s full trust in the design vision. ✨
