Behind every emotion is a part of us asking to be understood, not silenced. So, let yourself cry when it hurts, rest when you are tired, and reach out when the weight becomes too heavy to carry alone. You don't have to pretend to be okay just to make others comfortable. Even the emotions we try to hide deserve a little room to breathe.

And even on the days when you don't recognize yourself, you are still worthy of love, patience, and understanding. You don't have to figure everything out today. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.

The Makati YMCA Youth Club launches RELIEF TO RISE: PAMPANGA, a donation drive campaign for residents of Mexico, Pampanga severely affected by the week-long flooding.

For the past week, Pampanga has been devastatingly hit by the combined effects of tropical cyclones and the southwest monsoon (habagat).

Crops were damaged. Lives were lost. Livelihoods were disrupted. But in the face of devastation, our faith in humanity must remain and grow even stronger.

We humbly call on our fellow young people, especially Y’ers across the Philippines and around the world, to come together and extend a helping hand to Pampanga residents. ❤️
