We are so honored to be part of your special day! Inspired by Proverbs 31:25—“She is clothed with strength and dignity”—our goal is to make sure you feel radiant, confident, and empowered.
To ensure a seamless experience for you and all of our clients, please take a moment to review our rental terms below.
1. Reservations & Payment
Reservation Fee: To lock in your date and hold your dress, a reservation fee of ₱200 is required upon booking. Please note that reservation fees are non-refundable, as holding an item means we reserve it exclusively for you and turn away other clients. (This amount will be applied toward your total rental fee.)
Remaining Balance: Any remaining rental balance must be paid in full on or before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
2. Security Deposit & Damage Policy
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit equal to your dress's rental fee is required prior to releasing the dress.
Deposit Return: Your deposit will be fully refunded once the dress is returned on time and passes our inspection.
Stains & Damages: The security deposit is strictly non-refundable if the dress is returned with any stains, fabric tears, burns, broken zippers, or other damage. If repair, specialized stain removal, or replacement costs exceed the security deposit, the renter will be billed for the remaining balance.
3. Rental Period & Returns
Rental Duration: Standard rentals are for 3 days, starting from your agreed pick-up date and ending on your return date.
Late Returns: Late returns delay preparations for the next client. Items returned past the scheduled return time will incur a late fee of ₱200 per day.
4. Cleaning & Care
Leave the cleaning to us: Please do not attempt to wash, dry-clean, iron, or steam the dress yourself! Professional cleaning is included in your rental. Home washing attempts that damage the fabric will lead to forfeiture of your deposit.
No permanent alterations: Permanent modifications (cutting, sewing, hem adjustments) are strictly prohibited.
5. Cancellations & Fitting
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Reservation fees remain non-refundable.
Fit Guarantee: We strongly encourage scheduling a fitting before reserving! Rental fees and deposits cannot be refunded due to fit or sizing issues on the day of your event.
