What's up everybody?
Last year, with the restrictions to sell baked goods, coffee, and other café goods imposed on us, we were forced to take a different direction. It was a major blow to our business before we even started. But we know that it should not be the end of our journey.
Throughout the course of roughly 5 months, we've been trying to experiment. The concept that was initially a café became more than that. The spirit of providing comfort and refreshment to everyone never changed. But the means of providing that is far from what we have planned.
As we stand, what we have is a station for beverages, noodles, and some fried stuff. We were so eager to look for the right thing to call it. Sure, our drinks are our bestsellers. But it's technically not a café anymore. So what should we call it?
We're happy to announce that we've decided to call it 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝟰ᵗʰ𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 . It's the place to be to take a break after a long week, drink some raspberry juice or maybe sago't gulaman while eating some fried stuff such as okoy or chicken shanghai. It's not the café that we initially envisioned. But we're very proud of it.
The baking business took a bit of a break due to all the things we're doing for the CGC night market store. But we're still baking and we're still providing the good stuff. So please reach out to us if you need your sweet cravings satiated.
When you have the time, visit us on CGC open field every weekend (Friday to Sunday) from 4PM to 12AM. We'll be glad to have you there!
