was amazing.
I even met some customers that traveled all the way from Laguna and Baguio just to be there. Here are some of them, just look at their bright smiles! All the pieces I've made for the event were SOLD OUT! ( Swipe right to see all the pieces)🦊🥀✨🪐🤴🏻

I also got to meet a lot of new co-merchants, and we got to do our little market swap hehe. Thank you to my boothmates and .ph 😁 It was such a success that I didn't even get any chance to take a photo of my booth set up. 😅😅😅

Nevertheless this 2 day event was undoubtedly filled with fun, childlike wonder and hopefulness. We got to revisit the lessons that the Little Prince from the distant asteroid B-612 have been teaching us all these decades.

Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry remains to be the second most translated book in the world, with over 600 translations to date. It's a blessing to be part of this event as I got to reminisce just how much I love this story. 😊

✨2024 RECAP!✨

When I was making my presentation for the BS Clothing Tech Career Couch Talk, I made a few slides that summarized all the bazaars, markets and events I went to in my entire crochet journey, and I just realized that 2024 has been my biggest year yet!

Everything just breezed through that I didn't even realize, I have joined 11 events this year. I have beaten my personal record in the number of inventory made and sold this year, too!

I am so blessed and grateful for the support that I received from my family, partner, friends, co-merchants, co-artists, organizers, and of course, my customers and clients. 🥹🥰

2. Valentines Day Event + UP Fair! It was super fun and successful, I sold out on all my flowers! It was the best start for the year and it was super tiring. But my bf helped me out and it was amazing.💐💝

3. First time sharing a table with .ph 🎀💝✨ and it was so lovely that I got to meet a fellow arki student x crocheter

4. Paired up with .ph again, this time for pop up event! We named our table Yarn Architects & Co. 🧶👷‍♀️🏗️. Also got to meet ✨😊

5. Got invited to be a merchant for UPIS Lingo ng Wika. Mama & papa helped me set up and sell. I loved seeing the kids look and be amazed by the amigurumi plushies. 🧸😊✨

6. Hiyas ng Arki 2024, Mother's Day. This was my second year of being a merchant at my home college. 😋💐

7. Raket sa Vargas. Pride Month. 🌈💐💝

8. First time being a merchant for for 's performance. Met many co-merchants. 😊

9. Studio Ghibli Fest Manila 2024 and . Biggest and most successful event. 💯 Sold out on almost all my keychain inventory. 🫣🥰 100/10 will do again.

10. Christmas Bazaar. Got to booth for multiple days, and met and got my first ever Tarot Reading. The experience was amazing ✨🫣 also got to be a merchant for Kulimlim MV Video Release 🧣✨

Late upload.
I can still feel the giddiness and the honor of being invited to be a speaker for this year's BS Clothing Technology Career Couch Talk.

I got to share my journey on how I started this little crochet business that I have from scratch, and what I learned in the past 4 years -- how I handle the design, material procurement, production, overseeing the inventory, publicity, marketing, bazaar and market applications, and more. I do handle all these things alone as the sole maker and seller of my pieces. But I would never have gotten this far if not for the support of those who love and believe in me.

I feel blessed, and excited to move on to the next chapter of my work, whatever it may be.

Hello there, creative besties! Join me on a wonderful and fun-filled day at my first Basic Crochet Workshop at

Learn how to make your very own amigurumi designs, using simple various techniques to improve your crochet makes! Make them more adorable, unique, colorful, and even posable (yes, like puppets!). Meet other co-crocheters, and get a chance to bond and make friends on this day over good coffee and yarns!

IMPORTANT:
*This workshop is not for complete beginners
*Participants/Students are expected to know how to (a) hold the yarn and hook, (b) do chains, (c) do Single Crochet. (That's all you need, I promise. You will learn more with me! :"> )

During the workshop, you will be making your very own crochet amigurumi doll! You will be provided with a pattern for a Doll Base that you can dress up and customize with guidance and assistance from the instructor.

This crochet workshop will focus on enhancing your knowledge about crochet and teaching the basics of amigurumi design and making, as well as answering FAQs, which include:
- Knowing more about your crochet level
- Yarn Weight and Hook Size Comparison
- How to size up or size down an existing pattern
- How to read Written Pattern and Crochet Diagrams (US/UK Terminologies)
- How to crochet simple shapes in 2D and 3D
- How to breakdown a design/character/ idea into basic shapes
- How to create your own amigurumi with these techniques.
- Detailing Techniques ( Eyes, Nose, Mouth, Hair, Clothes, etc.)

The workshop will include:
(a) Crochet Kit to make your own Amigurumi Doll

Took me more than 2 months to finish (on and off because I ran out of yarn 🤣).

Then I also made a matching top for me, which only took 1 night. 😅🫣
