All items are 100% brand new. All goods sold are not refundable and non-exchangeable. All prices stated are fixed and sold in Bankok, Thailand. Orders will be reserved for 3 days. If full payment is not made within the 3 days, the order will be canceled. We will ensure that all items are packed properly and address are written clearly as well as return address stated if undelivered. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any loss and damage occured. Full refund of the amount paid if order is cancelled by us due to item out of stock. No refund is acceptable for cancellation of order from customer after payment received. All items delivered are of quality products. We will try our best to ensure that the pictures of our products shown are accurate representations of the actual items. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be a slight variation in colour, design & size. The colour of the item may vary slightly as it depends on your monitor display of colours. REFUND PROCEDURES FOR PRE-ORDER
Please be reminded that one of the disadvantages of pre-order is some items maybe/already no stock or not produced by manufacturer. Therefore, if the item(s) that you have made payment is no longer available or out of stock, we will contact you and refund you the total amount that you've paid. Please ensure that you gave us your valid email address and contact number upon placing order so we can contact you if the item(s) is/are no longer available. PRE-ORDER LENGTH OF TIME/PERIOD/DURATION
There is specific deadline for all items that are on pre-order basis. Kindly take note on the pre-order deadline which will be published on the website. Our factory located at overseas, sometime shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances. The duration for our pre-order from the closing date of batch until the items reach customers are approximately 14 days. For any orders on our pre-order items, customers are expected to receive their item(s) within 2 weeks (14 days) from the closing batch of pre-order. A valid order requires payment from the customers, we will not process order without full payment and full details from the customers. All customers will be informed via email once we have sent out all orders once reached us. Customers are advised to provide a valid email address as we will provide tracking number for every parcel sent out. We will also publish the tracking number on our Delivery Status. Kindly refer to our website to check your tracking number. Kindly inform us once you have received your parcel. We will assume that you have received your item(s) if there's no reply or notification of receipt from you after 15 days from the day we sent out your item(s).
