Pinoy Fauvism

Doy Kastilyo, a Batangueño artist renowned for his Pinoy Fauvism style, has sold 443 artworks during the pandemic.

Doy is a distinguished contributor in the Interwoven Paths: Philippines and Morocco Art and Culture Residency Program and one of the pioneering Asian artists to exhibit at the prestigious Abla Ababou Galerie in Rabat, Morocco.

He was chosen as delegate for the first-ever Arts and Cultural Expedition by any Asian country in the Javett Art Center, South Africa.

His works were exhibited also in Germany, Belgium, Italy, and France.
He also received an Honorable Mention Award (2020) and was a Semifinalist (2021) in the Philippine Pastel National Art Competition.
