I asked my 6-year-old if she wants bibingka, she said NO, so I ordered a Cheesemax bibingka at for myself. I haven't eaten bibingka in a long time and craved for it but even before I get to try... p**f!!! It was gone! My daughter devoured it. 😅

Mushroom burger and dirty matcha stopover!

Not a fan of mushroom burgers unless it's the Mushroom Burger from Tagaytay but although this one didn't hit the spot, it's still the highlight of our roadtrip because of the vibe. It's just a roadside mini foodtruck set up but with the cool weather and amazing peeps, it's really giving roadtrip vibes. 💚

We found this near Cafe Katerina not sure though if they're always on that spot. Beside the mushroom burger truck, there's a mobile cafe. The coffee items are okay, didn't like their dirty matcha though, it's too sweet for my liking. I guess I'll stick to Americano next time. 😅

This time we went to Genki Sushi, we got some bentos. Karaage for me and Tempura for hubby. My daughter got Ebi Tempura Don since she's been craving for shrimp.

We also tried crab inari..

Hmm overall, food was good but there are some other better places to get Japanese food at a reasonable price. I will be back for sushi and inari though as I haven't tried most of it yet.

always has a line except when we got to order it on a stormy day a few weeks ago. (Baguio was on Signal #3 that day and on red rainfall warning)

My favorite is the dark chocolate truffle, it's nice that all the other variants are not that sweet too. They also sell sugar-free truffles.

I want to buy some more and bring it home to our fam but I don't have the patience to fall in line. But we'll see, we'll see...🤣

Southeast Asian flavors at , SM Baguio. We ordered Seafood Laksa, Nasi Goreng, and Pandan Chicken, and were impressed by the affordable prices and big portions.

Service was fine, unlike some reviews we'd read.

The taste was flavorful but not overpowering, loved the Pandan Chicken. We'll be back!
