💡 Note: Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer
Ordering Process:
📅 Pre-Order Time: Place your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure freshness and timely preparation.
✅ Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm availability and send payment details.
💳 Payment Terms:
💰 Full Payment is required upon ordering.

🕒 Note: Payment must be completed before we begin preparing your food.

🔖 Storage Tip: Perishable items should be refrigerated immediately if not consumed right away.
❌ Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery, as all items are made fresh.
🔄 Refunds & Complaints:
🛠️ If you experience issues with your order (e.g., wrong item, spoilage due to preparation), notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
💡 Refunds or replacements will be handled case by case.
