The Social Pulse Philippines β Pulso ng Bayan Survey for the month of July 2026 highlights the Top Performing Municipal Mayors in the Province of Cavite, based on the feedback of 1,000 respondents. The survey was conducted from August 5β8, 2026, with a margin of error (MOE) of Β±3%.
Leading the rankings is Mayor SM Matro of Tanza, who emerged as the highest-performing municipal mayor in Cavite with an outstanding 97.2% satisfaction rating, reflecting the strong trust and confidence of his constituents in his leadership and governance.
Securing the second spot is Mayor Randy Salamat of Alfonso with 96.8%, followed by Mayor Rommel Magbitang of Naic in third place with 95.9%.
Rounding out the top five are Mayor Umbe Arca of Maragondon with 95.3% and Mayor Virgilio Fidel of Indang with 94.8%, demonstrating sustained public approval for their commitment to effective local governance.
The survey results reflect the continued confidence of CaviteΓ±os in their municipal leaders, recognizing those who have demonstrated effective governance, responsive public service, and programs that contribute to the welfare and development of their respective communities.
