KINILAW NA DILIS RECIPE πŸ’šπŸ’šβœ…

(MGA SANGKAP) πŸ”₯

1/2 kilo Dilis
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
1 large k**b of ginger, peeled and minced
1 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup of vinegar
4 calamansi lemons, juiced
2 small chili peppers, minced
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper

(PARAAN NG PAGLUTO) ♨️

1) Pagsamahin ang
vinegar and calamansi juice sa isang large mixing bowl. Stir briefly to mix these together.

2) Tapos add the minced ginger and chopped onion to the mixing bowl and stir.

3) Saka idagdag na ang cucumber(optional) at Dilis to the mixing bowl.

4) Stir and toss this until the mixture is well blended with the meat and vegetables.

5) Tikman din then adjust the flavor using more or less salt, vinegar, and citrus juice, as needed.

6) Kung gusto mo ng spicy add the minced chilis o labuyo para may anghang.

PINAKSIW NA TILAPYA βœ…πŸ’š (with Recipe)

(MGA SANGKAP) ☘️

3-4 Large Tilapya (kaliskisan)
2 Large eggplant ,(cut into 1 inch) (optional)
2 onion ,(hiniwa na)
6 gloves garlic (pitpitin)
2 thumb -size ginger (,sliced)
1 cup Vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
4 pcs siling green
2 tsp .( Salt ) or patis
1 tsp. Cooking Oil
ground blackpepper (to taste)

(PARAAN NG PAGLULUTO) ☘️

1.) Linisin at alisin ang di kailangan parts sa lamanloob saka hugasan mabuti. Hiwain sa dalawa kung malaki ang tilapya pero kung maliit kahit wag ng hiwain.

2.) Sa isang kawaling paglulutuan isalansan ang tilapya na hiniwa, talong,luya, sibuyas, bawang, vinegar, tubig, asin or patis saka paminta.

3) Takpan at lutuin sa loob ng 15 minutes sa katamtamang apoy. Kapag nagsimula ng kumulo saka bawasan ang lakas ng apoy.

4) Kapag konti nalang ang sabaw pwede mo lagyan ng oil at haluin pero (optional lamang)

Serve with Hot Rice ♨️πŸ₯°
