We remember Ranny Doctolero Magno, a kind-hearted person and dedicated public servant whose life touched many through his kindness and service to others.

Our deepest condolences to his family, loved ones, and everyone who knew him. May his good heart and the memories he left behind bring comfort during this difficult time. 🤍
