Surprise deliveries aren’t part of our usual routine at Yce and Kai. Typically, we arrange for a delivery rider to bring our finished bouquets straight to the recipient, and that’s where our role ends. But this particular request touched us deeply.
A client living overseas reached out, asking if we could help surprise her mother. She wanted her to feel loved and cherished, even though she couldn’t be there with her. Even though this type of personalized setup isn’t a service we officially offer, and I very well could have declined, I decided to join the delivery myself to make the surprise happen.
To me, this was more than just a special request, it was an opportunity to bring the bigger vision I have for Yce and Kai to life. We don’t only create floral arrangements; we want to be the bridge that lets you show your love, even from across the world. We can be your voice, your presence, and the one who makes your favorite people feel close, no matter the distance.
