Hi everyone! Crazy things have happened all over the world in the past few weeks. I am praying for everyone’s safety, peace of mind, and fervor to pray for justice not only in the Philippines but also in the whole world.

In the middle of this chaos, I’d like to inform you that our Dalamhati Grief Journal is in some Fully Booked branches (which are listed in the photo).

🌿 We’re going on a gentle pause. 🌿

Starting today, our shop is going on hiatus. We’re taking this time to reflect, breathe, and grow.

➡️ We’ll no longer be accepting orders on our site, Shopee, or via chat.

📒 Our "In Case Something Happens" resources will still be available on our website.

🌻 Some journals are still available with our partner stores, while stocks last. More details in the slides.

We know how hard it is to navigate loss. We also know the strength it takes to support others while grieving yourself.

We've witnessed some incredible people doing exactly that, and before we take our hiatus, we want to honor them.

Their work reminds us that even when we feel lost in grief, we’re never truly alone.

We may be stepping back for now, but a community of care continues.

Every journey has a beginning, and 𝐍𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐤𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐇’𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫-𝐢𝐧-𝐥𝐚𝐰, 𝐌𝐚. 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚 𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐭, as her family and friends affectionately called her.

After she passed away in 2020, I felt inspired to create something meaningful that could help others navigate the complex emotions of grief. This is how the Dalamhati journal was born.

Mommy Teret lived life with strength, grace, and an unwavering love for her family. She is an inspiration to me to 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 — 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞.
