Less, but better. ✨
A Muji-style bedroom is all about simplicity, warmth, and functionality—where every element has a purpose. In my design approach, I believe space is the ultimate luxury. It’s not about how much you add but how much you can leave out while still creating a sense of comfort and elegance.
To achieve this look:
- Stick to a neutral palette (whites, beiges, and light wood tones) to achieve a maaliwalas, airy feel.
- Prioritize natural materials like oak, linen, and cotton for a tactile sense of warmth and authenticity.
- Maximize storage with built-in solutions to preserve openness and flow.
- Use soft, diffused lighting to create a warm, inviting ambiance without visual clutter.
- Keep décor minimal—let space, light, and function define the beauty of the room.
For me, true luxury isn’t about expensive materials or ornate details—it’s about thoughtful restraint, balance, and the freedom that space provides. A clutter-free, well-designed room leads to a clearer, more peaceful mind.
