From the ground up, inside and out. 🏡✨

From a work in progress to a home ready for turnover; here’s a look at the exterior and interiors through construction and completion.

Seeing the plans take shape is rewarding. Handing over the finished home makes it even more meaningful. 🤍

An industrial mancave in the sky. 🖤

Perched high above the city at Proscenium Residences in Rockwell, this 2-bedroom unit was completely reimagined into a spacious 1-bedroom bachelor’s pad with a dedicated home office.

We traded the conventional layout for something more open, intentional, and unapologetically masculine—layering raw textures, warm woods, dark finishes, and industrial details against that incredible skyline.

Less rooms. More space. More character.
A mancave, elevated. Literally. 🏙️

Moody, warm, and unapologetically masculine. 🖤

A bachelor’s pad designed around texture, contrast, and quiet luxury—where warm walnut, woven cane, raw concrete, black accents, and sculptural pieces come together without competing for attention.

From the statement living space to the open kitchen, dining area, private work zone, and that uninterrupted view beyond—the goal was simple: make every corner feel intentional.

An ultimate flex bachelor’s pad, but make it sophisticated. ✨

OLD SOUL. NEW ERA. ✨

A house older than me, originally designed by an iconic architect—now given a new chapter. 🏡

The goal was never to erase its history, but to honor what made it special while giving it a glow-up for the way we live today.

Preserving the character. Respecting the architecture. Reimagining the details.

Because great design doesn’t always mean starting over. Sometimes, it’s about knowing what to keep, what to change, and how to make an icon feel new again.

An old icon, reimagined. ✨

Designed in the details. Defined by the mood.

A home designed to make a statement. Warm woods, antique brass, bold stone, tactile textures, and industrial details come together in a space that feels raw, refined, masculine, and unapologetically luxurious.

From the open living and dining spaces to the bedroom, walk-in closet, and bath, every corner carries the same moody design language—while that sweeping Manila Bay sunset becomes the ultimate backdrop.

Because when the view is this good, the interior has to keep up.

The ultimate bachelor’s pad. The ultimate flex.

Built by my client's father to fresh beginnings for their new chapter as husband and wife.

What was once a home filled with family history is now reimagined for a new love story — a space where old memories are honored, and new ones are just beginning.

Here’s to giving this home a second life for the newlyweds’ first chapter together. 🥂
