In 2018, our founder, IDr. Ma. Angilee V. Morales,piid. or commonly known to her friends as “Jels” gathered her strength to finally start her own success story after 8 years - started working as newly graduate designer who was assigned as furniture designer for retail businesses in a small company in Sta. Mesa, Manila, she swam the ambiguous field of construction to being a general manager of a construction firm in Makati, Philippines, where she’ve grown a leader and professional designer.
Starting her own is never an easy path, setting out her office in her rental apartment in the City of Manila with a loyal assistant and couple of finishing specialists who worked with her since 2013 to 2018, as a team they embraced the day-in and day-out of a really challenging industry of design & construction, routing schedules but making sure they provide quality and strict schedule as promised to their clients. Over the first quarter they’ve secured number of subcontracts from Jels’ colleagues and clients who tested and trusted their work related to repainting, building additions, office improvements, tile work, wardrobe fabrication and other interior modifications scope. Taking round the clock schedule to keep the business running, from small scale repair projects to large scale projects, being a General Contractor specialising on finishing, no matter how big or small the scope given they live with the mission of giving quality - long - lasting solution to growing problems of construction, the story of women in construction then escalated and in 2019, MAVM Interior Design Services is born.
MAVM Interior Design Services has demonstrated how a small business can render high-quality construction services at cost-effective price to not only meet the needs of clients but exceed them.
