Another successful project completed by Northpeak Waterproofing using the Sealbond PU2K Waterproofing System.

From stained and weathered walls to a clean, protected finish, this building now benefits from a seamless waterproofing membrane that not only prevents water intrusion but also dramatically improves its overall appearance.

While we provide a 5-year warranty, solvent-based polyurethane systems typically have a service life of 15–25 years when properly installed and maintained. That means the owner may not need to repaint these exterior walls for one to two decades.
