Job Title: Admin Staff (HR-Focused)

The Admin Staff (HR-Focused) is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource and administrative functions of the company. This role ensures efficient recruitment, proper documentation of employee records, compliance with company policies, and accurate payroll coordination. The position plays a key role in maintaining workforce organization, particularly in a construction environment with project-based manpower.

1. ๐๐๐๐ง๐ช๐๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ & ๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants for both skilled and unskilled construction manpower.
Coordinate with project managers/site engineers regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare pre-employment requirements and ensure completeness of employee documents.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
2. ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐ค๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐ค๐๐ช๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ & ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐จ
Prepare, issue, and monitor employment contracts (project-based, probationary, regular).
Maintain and update employee 201 files (physical and digital).
Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
3. ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐ค๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐จ ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง๐๐ฃ๐
Track employee probationary periods and project durations.
Notify immediate superiors regarding employees due for regularization.
Assist in processing status changes, renewals, and end-of-contract documentation.
4. ๐๐ค๐ก๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ & ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐ค๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ๐ก๐๐ฃ๐
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company policies, rules, and regulations.
Monitor employee compliance and attendance.
Document incidents, violations, and disciplinary actions.
Assist in the issuance of notices (NTEs, memos, etc.) in coordination with HR/Admin Head.
5. ๐๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ค๐ก๐ก ๐พ๐ค๐ค๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of payroll data (attendance, overtime, allowances).
Coordinate with accounting/payroll team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary release.
Address basic payroll concerns and discrepancies of employees.
6. ๐ผ๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ช๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ค๐ง๐ฉ
Maintain HR trackers (attendance, leave, manpower deployment, etc.).
Support daily administrative operations and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with various departments for HR and admin-related concerns.
