We would like to inform our valued clients that our Main Drive and Back-Up Drive have unfortunately experienced data corruption. This situation was caused by continuous system updates, intensive project planning, and the increasing volume of files over time. After assessment by professional IT personnel, it has been concluded that this is a normal but unfortunate circumstance, as storage drives can deteriorate with prolonged and heavy use.

As a result, there may be delays in some of our ongoing transactions. We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding during this time.

Please be assured that we are currently exerting our best efforts to recover all possible files and restore operations as quickly as possible. While we may temporarily return to square one in some aspects, we are using this experience as an opportunity to reflect, improve our systems, and implement stronger data management and backup strategies moving forward.

The A-List Construction Design and Engineering Services has faced challenges before, and each one has only made us stronger, wiser, and more resilient. This situation will be no different.

Thank you for your continued trust and understanding. 🙏

📍Bataraza, Palawan

A two-story contemporary structure defined by its fluid, wave-textured facade and organic accents. The architecture utilizes a rhythmic series of curved bamboo-inspired fins that provide solar shading while echoing the coastal environment. The ground floor is dedicated to high-ceiling commercial spaces with expansive glass shopfronts and outdoor dining areas, while the upper level consists of premium residential or hospitality units, each equipped with private glass-railed balconies and deep overhangs for weather protection. The interior design continues this tropical-modern theme, integrating polished stone flooring, bamboo ceiling installations, and a sophisticated palette of navy blue and warm timber to create a seamless transition between the built environment and the shoreline.

Compliance made easy! 🏗️✅

I’m really impressed with the new and improved DOLE CSHP Online System. It’s a total game-changer for construction safety compliance here in the Philippines.

The user experience is now much more intuitive and streamlined. My favorite updates?

✅Pre-filled Worklists: No more typing everything out from scratch! It already has a comprehensive list of works to be undertaken—you literally just have to click.

✅Smart Risk Assessment: The system now has the most common physical, biological, and chemical risks already inputted. Identifying hazards is now a breeze!

Kudos to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) DOLE-Bureau of Working Conditions for modernizing the process and prioritizing worker protection through technology! 👏
