Steps to achieve this?
𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙋 𝟎𝟏: order a cake from The Buttered Batter
𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙋 𝟎𝟐: while waiting, (message for digital files) we made chibi versions of each celebrant 😉 make it cute with party hat🎩🎉
Then cut them out, put a stick (i used wooden stirrer if you will ask).
