Father,

It’s Thursday, July 10th, 2025—and today, I lay it all down. Every burden I’ve been gripping, every outcome I’ve been trying to control, every situation I’ve stressed over that is out of my hands—I give it to You.

Remind me, Lord, that peace isn’t found in having it all figured out. It’s found in trusting that You already have. Teach me to let go of what I can’t fix, to stop spinning in circles over what I was never meant to carry, and to trust that You’re still working, even in the silence.

I refuse to live this day held hostage by anxiety or frustration. You are God—I am not. And that truth is enough to exhale and move forward in peace.

Help me focus only on what’s mine to do. And give me the wisdom to release the rest.
