A Two (2) Storey Residential Building soon to rise in Antipolo.

Antipolo, as it is close to Manila, our client wanted this house to serve as a quick getaway from city life.

Located at the highest point of the village, we took advantage of its topography which we designed its second floor to focus on communal activities. With a generous view of nature, the living, dining, and kitchen meet in one space which also has easy access to the outdoor pool. This design approach creates a seamless connection between nature and indoor-outdoor spaces.

What we love about design project is that we were able to provide a creative solution that meets Building Code requirements even in a limited space. We still managed to fit two (2) en suite bedrooms and two (2) parking spaces in a lot size of just one hundred thirty (130) square meters

A Two (2) Storey, Residential/Apartment Building soon to rise in Quezon City. Our first this 2023.

When we were conceptualizing, our client's first question was: "In my lot with only one hundred (100) square meters, how many units can it fit for rent?"

We managed to fit a total of three (3) units with individual electric and water meters each. Also, one (1) unit will serve as our client's own residence whenever she visits from abroad. Given the lot area, we were still able to fit two (2) car slots in its garage, a major requirement that should be met in our Building Code especially for a multi-dwelling property.

Progress photos of our project at an exclusive subdivision in Taytay, Rizal.

It has been a month since we started with the finishing works. Our last site visit before 2022 officially ends.

This Two (2) Storey Residential Building with Lower Ground Floor has five (5) bedrooms with walk-in-closets, toilet, and bath each. In addition, a theater room, gym, and a courtyard pool are its amenities. Lastly, an open concept design was applied wherein the kitchen, living, and dining rooms meet in one space.

A Four (4) Unit Townhouse soon to rise in Quezon City.

Our client’s problem about two decades ago was what property would she invest in given this oddly shaped lot (see last photo). Given this challenge, we still managed to fit four (4) townhouse units that meet Building Code requirements.

The client was happy with how it turned out that she decided to make the corner unit as her new residence. What seemed like a puzzle before has turned into something that would stand out in their subdivision.

Pool area of our project at an exclusive village in Quezon City. (update)

Overhangs integrated into its architecture. These overhangs serve as canopies to provide cover and privacy for outdoor spaces. This was also designed to extend its second floor for more usable floor area.
