𝗡𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 | 𝟮-𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗬 𝗩𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗟

A private getaway is taking its final form in Bucal, Calamba, Laguna.

Designed for memorable stays, this 2-storey rental villa features four bedrooms accommodating up to 18 guests, generous spaces for gathering, and a swimming pool that serves as the centerpiece for leisure and relaxation. The design brings together contemporary architecture and a warm, inviting atmosphere that creates a space where families and groups can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

Now in its final retouching stage, we are refining the last details and finishes that complete the overall design. Soon, this carefully crafted space will be ready to welcome its first guests and become a destination for rest, celebration, and unforgettable stays.

𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗢 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 by 𝗞𝗘𝗩𝗔 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗼.

This bungalow residence in Siargao sits on a generous 2,000 sqm lot, with approximately 550 sqm allocated for the residential footprint. The remaining space allows the home to be surrounded by lush landscaping and dedicated private areas for a spa, workshop, and planting for future development.

Located within walking distance of the sea, the residence embraces a slower, more grounded way of living, where the family can experience the ocean, nature, and the character of native tropical living in Siargao.

𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗔 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 by 𝗞𝗘𝗩𝗔 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗼.

Designed as a dialogue between openness and privacy, Verra House explores how architecture can mediate the relationship between the interior and its surrounding landscape.

The layered facade creates depth and hierarchy, while carefully positioned louvered screens filter views, daylight, and air—allowing the house to remain connected to its surroundings without compromising privacy.

Rather than treating the facade as a solid boundary, the design uses layers, openings, and screens to create a gradual transition between inside and out. Natural light, fresh air, and greenery become integral elements of the living spaces, shaping a quieter and more immersive domestic experience.

The result is a contemporary home where privacy is not achieved through enclosure, but through layering, filtering, and controlled openness.
