WE HAD A TOUGH DAY! 😔

Yesterday, we thought everything was already okay, the mirrors were safely delivered, and brought up to the 31ST FLOOR, WITHOUT ANY ISSUE. But upon installation, we discovered the problem:

The mirror was MISCUT in production, off by 5 mm, which caused it not to fit the space properly.

We take full responsibility for this error. We immediately prepped a replacement and headed back today.

Unfortunately, the challenge didn't stop there, the new mirror was ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGED during the installation process.

Sunod-sunod na problem, and we understand how frustrating that can be, both for us and for our client who are expecting the deliverables.
