Our latest 2-month Design & Build project in Cainta is rapidly approaching the finish line!

​For this build, we showcased structural innovation by combining the strength and efficiency of structural steel with the timeless durability of concrete. But great design lives in the details—we optimized every structural connection while keeping the elevation sleek and modern by seamlessly concealing all exposed gutters and downspouts.

Capitol Hills Project: Behind-the-Scenes Update!

​We are nearing the finish line! Here’s an exclusive look at our ongoing home improvement project—a major transformation of an existing two-story residence in Capitol Hills.

The original structure suffered from poor air circulation and limited natural light.
​The Architectural Solution:
Instead of a complete tear-down, we focused on smart, sustainable interventions:

​Passive Cooling & Cross-Ventilation: Redesigning the layout to create a natural wind path, significantly improving indoor air quality and comfort.

​Natural Light Optimization: Opening up the spaces to let the daylight in, reducing the reliance on artificial lighting.

​Smart Material Upcycling: To minimize costs while maximizing impact, we carefully salvaged and repurposed existing materials from the original house.
