CLIENT STORY:
βButi na lang binuksan ko!β π€
Our client ordered this rug specifically to match her upcoming bed frame. She already had a room inspo in mind, kaya gusto niya talagang perfect ang color combination. ποΈβ¨
But when the rug arrived and she saw it still rolled and packed, medyo nag-hesitate siya. Parang napaisip siya kung baka hindi bagay at kung dapat ba niyang palitan ang color. π
She even asked about our location, just in case.
We explained that once the item has been shipped, we don't accept change-of-mind returnsβespecially since we offer FREE DELIVERY, which is already shouldered by us. π€
So she decided to open and lay the rug down firstβ¦
And guess what? π
SUPER BAGAY PALA!
Kapag naka-roll at naka-pack kasi ang rug, minsan hindi mo talaga maa-appreciate nang buo ang actual color and overall look. Once you lay it down, doon mo makikita kung paano siya nagco-complement sa buong room.
And true enough, it turned out to be a perfect match with her bed frame and the color palette of her room inspo! β¨π€
From βBaka hindi bagayβ¦β
to βButi na lang binuksan ko!β π₯Ή
Another happy client, another proof that sometimesβ¦ you have to see the rug laid out to truly appreciate it. π€
Thank you so much for trusting us! π«Ά
