sm. This role provided invaluable experience in large-scale township developments, encompassing residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The challenges and successes of these projects significantly shaped my approach to design, fostering a deep understanding of complex logistical considerations and the unique demands of diverse client needs. My transition to freelance/remote design five years ago has allowed me to cultivate a flexible and adaptable work style, while maintaining a commitment to delivering exceptional results. This experience has broadened my perspective, exposing me to a wider range of design styles and project scales. I've consistently demonstrated the ability to manage projects independently, from initial concept development to final installation, while maintaining seamless communication with clients and collaborators. I firmly believe that effective design transcends mere aesthetics; it's a powerful form of communication, capable of shaping environments that enhance well-being and productivity. My approach prioritizes clear, proactive communication, ensuring that every project aligns perfectly with the client's vision and budget.

Mid- century modern is a popular design style from roughly the 1930s to the mid-1960s, characterized by clean lines, organic shapes, minimal ornamentation, and a blend of natural and man-made materials (wood, plastic, metal, glass) reflecting post-war optimism with a focus on functionality and simplicity.
Client Overview: Our client would like to maximize the use of the house’s existing structural elements and finishes. There will be no major renovations—only subtle enhancements achieved by integrating furniture that aligns with their preferred design style. We aim to add pops of color and varied textures, while ensuring the overall effect remains balanced and not overwhelming

It is a contemporary, nature-centric evolution of mid-century modern design.

A family of four desires a minimalist home design featuring warm wood elements and subtle pops of color for personality. Working with a long, narrow floor plan, the main goal is to create a layout that feels light, airy, and visually spacious.
