📢 Hiring: Part-Time Admin Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Virtual Assistant to support our client's daily operations. This role is perfect for someone looking for a steady, manageable workload (just 2 hours a day!) with the very real opportunity to transition into a role with more hours in the near future.

If you have a knack for keeping things organized, a great eye for financial details, and experience in the property management space, we want to hear from you!

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing email inbox
Invoice processing
Assisting with bank reconciliation and identifying variances

✅ Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar admin role
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Experience in property management or owners corporation (highly preferred)
-Experience working with Australian clients is a strong advantage
-Familiarity with accounting or property management systems is a plus
