What used to be an open 4th-floor deck with just parapet walls and a high roof is now a cozy, light-filled living room seamlessly connected to the dining area.

Full sliding doors and large windows open up to sweeping mountain views, making this level feel airy yet inviting. The interiors are dressed in soft off-white and cream limewash finishes, while pops of orange in the furniture and décor bring the whole space to life.

This used to be an open 4th floor with just parapets, now it’s a full residential level with a master bedroom made for slow mornings and restful nights.

For our retiring clients, we made space for everything they love and intend to spend time on: generous desks for passion projects anf hobbies, a cozy sofa at the foot of the bed for movie nights, and ample closets without being locked into a single walk-in layout.

A fresh start for our retiring couple in a space that’s flexible, comfortable, and ready to grow with them.

We thoughtfully designed this Airbnb unit in Quezon City is to meet our client’s goal of maximizing space, increasing functionality, and creating a welcoming staycation experience for guests.

To open up the layout, we knocked down the existing wall between the two bedrooms and introduced a sliding barn door for flexible privacy. Now, both sleeping areas are connected more fluidly and enjoy direct access to the balcony—perfect for catching a breeze or sipping morning coffee.

We brought the coastal boho theme to life with a calming base of soft seafoam walls, layered with sunny yellow and ocean-inspired teal accents. Natural textures like rattan, macramé, and woven elements bring warmth, while white cabinetry and pale wood tones keep the space bright and airy.

A bold blend of Modern Industrial and Tropical Minimalism, this proposed 3-storey residence features raw textures, clean geometry, and a warm rustic touch.

Clean lines, exposed concrete, wood accents, and lush greenery all come together to create a home that’s bold, grounded, and undeniably striking.

Tropical influences shine through with deep overhangs for shade, breeze blocks for passive cooling, and lush planter boxes that breathe life into the facade — all designed for a climate-conscious, indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a thoughtfully designed open-air structure that seamlessly blends rustic elegance with Balinese-inspired architecture. Spacious and airy, it provides an ideal setting for gatherings.

At one end, a striking live-edge wooden table serves as a focal point, doubling as an altar for ceremonies. The pavilion’s structural elements combine natural and engineered materials—tree trunk columns encased in reinforced concrete pedestals provide sturdy support, while wood and concrete harmoniously merge to create a warm yet durable space. Designed for natural ventilation, the roofed but open layout ensures an uninterrupted connection to the surrounding landscape, allowing guests to fully experience the beauty of nature.
