OFFICE STAFF/ ADMIN ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
Good Communication Skills (fluent in English & Filipino).
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Must have strong attention to detail + critical thinking skills.
Willing to start ASAP.
Job Responsibilities:
Clerical Tasks consisting of filing documents, monitoring monthly expenses, making letters & reports for projects.
Assisting Project/Sales Manager with executing various projects.
Coordinating with suppliers and/or clients for projects.
Providing day to day general administrative support to the office.
Other Information:
Office is Based in Western Bicutan, Taguig City
Monday- Friday
