Anong ulam today? Syempre, ‘di pwedeng mawala sa all-fish recipe lineup natin ang all-time favorite Daing na Bangus! Gawin mo na!

Ingredients:
1 large pc (500 g) boneless bangus, cut into serving portions
Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil ( for frying )

Marinade:
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Silver Swan Patis
½ to ¾ cup Silver Swan Vinegar
1 tsp UFC Ground Black Pepper

PROCEDURE:
1. Clean and drain the fish.
2. Add Silver Swan Patis.
3. Add Silver Swan Vinegar and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Once marinated, preheat the pan with oil. Fry each side of the marinated fish until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

2 pc (1/2 kg) Tilapia
½ tsp UFC Iodized Salt
½ cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
1 pc white onion, sliced
1 pc small carrot, cut into strips
1 pc small red bell pepper, cut into strips
½ to ¾ cup UFC Sweet Chili Sauce
2-3 Tbsp Silver Swan Soy Sauce
½ tsp UFC Whole Pepper, crushed
¼ cup water
2 stalks green onions, sliced
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 Tbsp cornstarch (for slurry)

PROCEDURE:

1. Season fish with salt. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, ginger & onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
3. Add sweet chili sauce and remaining ingredients except green onions, then simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Pour over fish, top with green onions.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pc (150 g) tokwa/tofu, diced
2-3 Tbsp Silver Swan Salted Beans
2 Tbsp Silver Swan White Vinegar
1 pc small onion, sliced
1 Tbsp ginger, strips
2 pcs medium tomato, sliced
1 Tbsp Silver Swan Soy Sauce
½ tsp Wow Sarap all-in-one seasoning granules
¾-1 cup water
½ kg marinated bangus, fried
5 stalks wansoy (leaves only)

PROCEDURE:

1. In a bowl, add tokwa, salted beans, and vinegar
2. Mash the tokwa mixture, then set aside.
3. Sauté onion, ginger, and tomato.
4. Then add the tokwa mixture. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add water, soy sauce, and all-in-one seasoning granules.
6. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Add bangus. Allow to simmer. Top with wansoy and serve.

Anong ulam today? Nagc-crave ka ba ng something creamy pero dapat walang meat? Ito na ang sagot. Fish Fillet with Cream Sauce!

INGREDIENTS:

½ kg fish fillet (cream dory/tuna/ tanigue/maya-maya)
1 to 1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
Grated rind/ zest of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp Wow Sarap All-in–One Seasoning (optional) or Salt to taste
1 tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Golden Fiesta cooking oil
1 pack (250g) UFC Creamy Overload Sauce
Parsley (optional)

PROCEDURE:

1. Add lemon juice, lemon rind, paprika, and seasoning to the fish.
2. Pan –fry in oil until just cooked on both sides. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, add garlic and saute for 2 mins
4. Pour the cream sauce, then let it simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add fish to the sauce. Top with parsley if desired.
6. Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

4-5 pc (1 kg) medium tilapia (galunggong/ alumahan/ dalagang bukid)
1 pack (8 g) WOW Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc medium onion, sliced
1 Tbsp ginger strips
¼ cup carrot strips
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 Cup Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil

SAUCE:
1/2 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup
3-4 Tbsp Datu Puti Vinegar
½ cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1-¼ cups water

PROCEDURE:

1. Sprinkle fish with seasoning/salt. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and carrots.
3. Add sauce ingredients. Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally, until thick.
4. Add bell peppers. Pour over fish.
5. Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
½ kg large bangus, sliced (steak cut – 5-6 slices)
1 pc onion, cut into rings
3 pcs (100 g) tomato, chopped
½ cup water
3 pcs egg, beaten
2 stalks green onion, sliced
¼ cup Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil

Marinade:
¼ cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp calamansi juice
¾ tsp UFC Whole Pepper, cracked
½ tsp Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules

PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate fish for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade.
2. Fry fish until light brown. Set aside.
3. In a separate pan, sauté the onion and tomato for 5 minutes.
4. Add marinade and water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add egg.
6. Start stirring when eggs are almost set.
7. Add fish and let simmer.
8. Add green onion. Serve.
