I love shrimp, pero ang mahal ng shrimp. And although I love hakaw, whenever we ordered at a restaurant, usually isang order lang (4 pieces) because, well... mahal din!

When I was in high school, I remember seeing a photo from a friend's birthday celebration. To my amazement, may PLATEFUL of hakaw!

Never had I ever seen soo many pieces together! My eyes widened and sparkled and I literally exclaimed: “WOW, ANG DAMING HAKAW!”

And this is one of the reasons why I'm so happy to have hakaw as part of the menu at Crafter's Kitchen. ❤️
