About Shun’s Little Kitchen

Shun’s Little Kitchen is a family-run business, conceived and built during the COVID-19 pandemic. This business is currently operating in Gen. T. de Leon, Valenzuela City.

Shun’s Little Kitchen is the brainchild of Chef Daniel “Dani” Molinos. From a very young age, Chef Dani has always demonstrated his passion for food and cooking. It is a life skill he has learned from his parents, who are both talented and experienced home cooks. Chef Dani has since pursued his dream of becoming a chef. He graduated in St. Paul University - Manila, with a Culinary Arts degree. He had interned in the prestigious SALT, a fine-dining restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Hotel (Florida, USA). He had also worked with the Champagne Room team of the iconic Manila Hotel.

Shun’s Little Kitchen is named after (and inspired by) Chef Dani’s son, Shun, who loves eating food, tinkering with his little toy kitchen, and donning his father’s toque. Little Kitchen is a coy reference to the business’ current headquarters—the family’s own kitchen. Chef Dani, together with his team of passionate cooks in the family, aims to share the joy and satisfaction of having his family’s freshly-homemade comfort foods with his customers. His best-selling products are all made with love, using his family’s tried-and-tested recipes, sure to fill your insides with bliss and delight on the first sip and bite.
