Sulo Creatives is expanding! We are looking for a dynamic teammate willing to start immediately to fill up the position:
Junior Architect (full-time entry level position)
Job Description
1. Prepare 3D models and detailed architectural drawings
2. Prepare necessary presentation documents for client meetings
3. Coordinate with suppliers for material samples and quotations
4. If required, attend virtual or face-to-face team and client meetings and presentations and conduct site visits with the principal architect
Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS Architecture
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office applications and internet applications is a must.
-Proficiency in Enscape is an advantage.
-Knowledgeable in producing detailed drawings is a plus.
-Must have excellent design, organization, communication skills, keen eye with details and problem solving.
-Experience in Residential and commercial projects is a plus
-Mostly remote working but willing to be deployed on site when needed.
-Proactive, teachable, willing to be trained and can efficiently work independently as well as in a team.
-Able to work multitasking to meet deadlines.
-Fresh graduates with good learning skills are welcome to apply.
