The Housing Fair will bring together housing developers, the National Housing Authority (NHA), Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), Pag-IBIG Fund, DHSUD, and local housing authorities in one venue.
OFWs can:
- Explore available housing projects in Zamboanga City and nearby areas;
- Compare house and lot options, prices and payment terms;
- Inquire about available housing units;
- Learn about Pag-IBIG housing financing and requirements;
- Consult with housing developers directly;
- Ask about reservation, application and documentary requirements;
- Get referrals for further housing consultation and site visits; and
- Learn about government housing programs and regulations.
Aside from housing, participants can also access information and services on livelihood, employment, entrepreneurship, education, skills training, financial and digital services, and other DMW, OWWA and government reintegration programs through the participating agencies and partners.
The activity will also feature Buy Lokal by OFW Entrepreneurs and other reintegration initiatives.
No need to go from office to office. Housing opportunities, financing information, government programs and reintegration services will be brought together in one venue.
