🧂 Ingredients:
Chicken (bone-in): 1 kg
Fresh tomatoes (finely chopped): 5–6 medium
Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Green chilies (slit): 4–6
Cooking oil or ghee: ¾ cup
Salt: to taste
Red chili flakes: 1–1½ tsp
Black pepper (crushed): 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (crushed): 1 tsp
Garam masala: ½ tsp
Fresh ginger (julienne): 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander (chopped): ½ cup
Lemon juice: 1–2 tbsp
👩🍳 Method:
Heat oil in a karahi on medium-high flame.
Add chicken and fry until color changes and moisture dries.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until aromatic.
Add tomatoes, salt, cumin, black pepper, and red chili flakes.
Cook (bhuna) until tomatoes break down and oil separates clearly.
Add green chilies and cook 5–7 minutes until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle garam masala, add ginger julienne, and lemon juice.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Best served with naan, tandoori roti, or chapati, plus fresh salad and raita.
