⭐️No Yeast Yogurt Flatbread 😍

Soft, cheesy and ready in minutes. No yeast, no oven, no proofing!

Ingredients:
2 cups maida (250g)
1 cup yogurt (240g)
½ tsp salt (3g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1 tbsp oil (15ml)

Filling:
1–1½ cups cheese (100–150g)
1 cup chicken chunks (optional)

Method:
Mix yogurt, salt, baking powder and oil. Add flour and make a soft dough. Rest for 10 mins. Divide into 6 balls. Fill with cheese or chicken cheese filling. Flatten gently and cook covered on a non-stick pan for 6–7 mins per side. Add 2 tbsp water for steam. Brush with garlic butter and serve.

Tips:
• Dough dry ho to 1 tbsp yogurt add karein
• Dough sticky ho to 1 tbsp flour add karein
• Medium-low flame use karein
• Cover karke cook karein
• Garlic butter brush zarur karein

✨ NO-FAIL ONE BITE CREAM PUFFS ✨

Crispy on the outside, light and airy on the inside, and filled with clouds of whipped cream! 🤍

Ingredients (Cups & Grams)✅

Cream Puffs🌸

* Water – 1 cup (240ml)
* Butter – 100g (½ cup)
* Salt – ½ tsp
* Sugar – 1 tsp (5g)
* All-Purpose Flour – 1 cup (125g)
* Eggs – 4 large

Filling Option

* Whipped cream – 1 cup

For covering puffs 🌸

* Chocolate – ½ cup (85g)
* Butter – 1 tbsp (14g)
* Microwave for 30 seconds and mix.

🔥Method

1. Boil water, butter, salt and sugar.
2. Add flour all at once and cook until dough leaves the sides of the pan.
3. Cool for 5 minutes.
4. Add eggs one by one until smooth and glossy.
5. Pipe small rounds onto a lined tray.
6. Bake until golden brown.
7. Cool completely and fill with whipped cream or chocolate filling.

✅Tips & Tricks

✔ Cook the dough properly before adding eggs.
✔ Eggs must be added one at a time.
✔ Do not over-pipe.
✔ Never open the oven early.
✔ Bake until deeply golden, not pale.



Oven Settings

Built-In / Electric Oven✅

* Preheat: 190°C for 15 minutes
* Bake: 190°C for 25-30 minutes
* Rods: Top + Bottom
* Fan: On (if available)

Air Fryer✅

* Preheat: 180°C for 5 minutes
* Bake: 170°C for 15-18 minutes

Gas Oven🔥

* Preheat: 190°C for 15 minutes
* Bake: 180-190°C for 25-35 minutes
* Tray in center rack

Patila (Without Oven)🔥

* Preheat covered patila for 15 minutes
* Use stand or salt layer underneath
* Low-Medium flame
* Bake 25-35 minutes
* Do not open lid for first 20 minutes

⭐️Cloud Soft Donuts & Bomboloni 😍

Bakery-style soft donuts that stay fluffy for hours! Save this No Fail recipe ❤️

Ingredients:✅

Maida: 3½ cups (440g)

Warm Milk: 1 cup (240ml)

Instant Yeast: 2 tsp (7g)

Sugar: ¼ cup (50g)

Egg: 1

Butter: ¼ cup (55g)

Salt: 1 tsp (6g)

Milk Powder: 2 tbsp (15g)

Method:✅

Activate yeast in warm milk + sugar.

Add remaining ingredients and knead 8–10 mins.

Proof until double.

Make 60g balls.

Proof again 35–40 mins.

Fry on medium heat until golden.

Cover warm donuts 15–20 mins for bakery-style softness.

Frying Tips ✨

• Dough soft rakhein

• Oil medium heat par ho

• Donuts ko oil mein dip na hone dein

• Overproof na karein

• Warm donuts ko cover zarur karein

Pillow soft, fluffy and bakery-style cinnamon rolls that literally melt in your mouth!

Ingredients:

Dough:
Maida: 3½ cups (440g)
Warm Milk: 1 cup (240ml)
Instant Yeast: 2 tsp (7g)
Sugar: ¼ cup (50g)
Egg: 1
Soft Butter: ¼ cup (55g)
Salt: 1 tsp (6g)

Filling:
Soft Butter: ¼ cup (55g)
Brown Sugar: ¾ cup (150g)
Cinnamon Powder: 1½ tbsp

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Cream Cheese: 50gm
Icing Sugar: 1/3 cup (40gm )
Milk: 2–3 tbsp
Vanilla: 1 tsp

Chocolate Topping:
50gm Chocolate
2–3 tbsp Milk
Microwave 30 sec

Method ✅

Activate yeast in warm milk + sugar.

Add egg, flour, salt and butter.

Knead until soft dough forms.

Proof until double.

Roll into rectangle.

Spread cinnamon filling.

Roll tightly and cut into 7–8 rolls.

Proof 15–20 mins.

Bake.

Cover for 10 mins.

Top with cream cheese frosting or chocolate sauce.
