"Innovista," positioned inside the Avenue Mall of DHA Phase I, remodels the former shopping space into a vibrant, multi-functional co-working facility. Designed in a very modern essence, it is a thoughtful blend of flexibility, functionality, and modern aesthetics, creating an environment where freelancers, teams, and businesses can work dynamically within a shared, energized setting.
Commencing with a reception desk- accentuated by a warm, atmospheric lighting scheme, this reception is visually anchored by a parallel feature wall complimented by co waiting chairs. This entrance steers to a sweeping space of unbarred spatial division - the distinct work zones for freelancers unlatch onto two circulatory passages which wrap around a central semi private work zone, stimulating both movement and defining spaces.
On one end of Innovista, the design focuses on accommodating freelancers and individual workers. This open freelance work zone exerts modular furniture for adaptability and carpet tiles expand on the floor of this zone to make it distinct and acoustically viable. The layout supports a heterogenous seating arrangements to accommodate divergent work styles and preferences. Small waiting areas and casual seating intersperse the zone providing freelancers convenient spaces to rest or socialize briefly without leaving the work area.
A mesial semi private work zone bears the administration offices along with, small huddle rooms for group collaborations or private meetings offering a 5-6 person seating capacity, the larger conference rooms with 8-10 person seating capacity and a coffee shop serving as a social hub. Transitional waiting and casual seating areas are positioned strategically along the pathway, providing comfortable spaces for short breaks or informal conversations.
On the other end along the second passage are a series of private offices, adjacent to these are open work areas for freelancers culminating in a pool of desks at the farthest end mediated by a casual sitting space. Casual seating spaces intersperse these areas, providing zones for informal meetings or relaxation.
Essential facilities like toilets, server rooms, and additional services are situated at the back of the layout. Furthermore, additional work zones occupy the remaining spaces in the rear, balancing access to amenities.
