Falsa always give GIRL vibes with its color 🫐 taste and freshness.

welcome to the 6th episode of summer's drink. Where we beat the heat with refreshing drinks full of nutritions and taste.

All you need is:
1 bowl falsa
½ cup sugar
½ tsp Black salt
Water as required
Ice cubes to make it cool

Method:
Put falsa, sugar, salt in blender and blend.
Now strain the juice, through strainer or any basket which won't pass seeds, to separate seeds.
Use water to squeeze the pulp out of it and get maximum taste and juice.
Add ice water and ice as per your preference.

P.s: you can use hand to strain pulp it is more convenient than using spoon.

Yes, the pumpkin plant (referred to as Yaqṭīn in the Qur'an) was a miraculous source of physical healing, nourishment, and protection for Prophet Yunus (AS) after he was cast out of the whale’s belly.

Ingredients:
Pumpkin ½ kg
Salt to Taste
Tamarind (imli) 10-15 seedes soaked in water
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Onions slices 4 medium sized
1 tbsp GG paste

Method:
Peel and cut Pumpkin, the biggest task.
Slice onions and fry it til golden brown.
Add gg paste and sauté it.
Add all spices and let it cook until oil separates.
Add Pumpkin and imli ka paani.
Cover the lid and let it cook in low flame.
It would take 20 mins at least.

Ps: I forgot to add onions so I cut them and fry them separately in another pan. Then add it in my dish.

Peach Punch 🍑🍸 | Summer Drinks Episode 5

Welcome to episode 5 of my summer drinks series where I show you how to beat the heat! ☀️

Ingredients:
5-6 peaches
½ cup sugar
½ tsp Black salt
½ tsp Chaat masala
Ice cubes
Water as required

Method:
Cut peaches and discard their seeds.
Put them in blender with all the seasonings.
Blend them well.
Add lots of water and ice as your preference.
Serve with black pepper powder at the topping.

Shaahi Tukray 💛

Rich Mughlai dessert made by frying bread slices in ghee, soaking them in cardamom-scented sugar syrup, and topping with thickened milk and nuts.

Ingredients:
Bread: 5-6 white bread slices * cut into triangles)
Milk: 3 cups
Ghee/Oil: For frying
Sugar: 4-5 tbsp (or to taste)
Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds)
1 tbsp custard powder

Method:
Cut slices of bread and fry them golden brown in oil.
Heat milk in a pan with sugar and cardamom powder.
Put half cup aside for soaking breads.
Now add custard when milk starts boiling, continue stiring to avoid any lumps.
Soak triangles in cardamom milk you safe.
Dish them in wide tray.
Put the remaining milk, if any, on them.
Put custard milk on top and cover it as shown in video.
Garnish with nuts and sliver paper.
Serve chilled.

Refreshing & Cooling Mint Margarita 🍹

Ingredients:
1 cup mint
1 glass water
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
½tsp salt
½ black salt
10-12 ice cubes
500ml soda drink (white)
½ cup sugar

Recipe:
Add all the ingredients in grinder and blend finely.
Serve fresh with sliced of lemon on top.
3-4 glass servings

Aalu Bukhara/Plum chutney

Ingredients:
Dried Plum 100gm
½ tsp white salt
½ tsp Black salt
½ tsp Black pepper powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp white vinegar
10 soaked and peeled almonds (optional)
2 tbsp char magaz/ kharbuzey k beej
3 cups water
½ tsp corn flour (if required)
¼ tsp orange food color
½ cup brown sugar or white sugar

Recipe:
Soaked Plum seeds for 30 minutes in 3-4cups of water.
Add spices and let them boil.
Once start boiling add sugar.
Let it cook for 15-20 mins.
Add corn flour if you want thick consistency.
Turn off flame then add vinegar for preservation.
Add almonds and char magazine.
Let it cool then store in air tight container for 1-2 weeks.

Not the Last recipe of pasta you see from my side 🥲

Ingredients:
1 packet pasta
4 cups Milk
Salt as required
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 green chillies
1 Capsicum 🫑
1tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp Garlic powder
2-3 tbsp cream
2 Cheese slice/ cream cheese
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Oregano

Beat the heat with Guava slush this summer 🫒
Cool and refreshing drink full of vitamin C and the spices will make you crazy 🍸

Ingredients:
2 msdium sized Guava (green recommended)
Sugar 3-4 tbsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Water 1 glass
Ice cubes
Black pepper powder to sprinkle

2-3 servings

Tips:
You can add more water if you like thin juice.
You can also add 1 Guava for 2 glass.
Ripe Guavas can also be uaed but the kacha pakka will be more suitable.
Add Black pepper powder before serving or else your juice refreshing green color will turn into black soon.

The finest kaleji in town.
And you have to trust me on that. I was non-kaleji person but this recipe changed the whole game.

I used to give coal smoke at the end but as we know,
Means are scarce and needs are unlimited 🤌

Note down the ingredients we need:
1 kg kaleji
½ cup or less oil
4 medium sized Onions chopped
2 tbsp GG Paste
2 big tomatoes roughly chopped
½ cup Yogurt
½ tsp salt or required after cooking
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp crushed Black pepper powder not powdered
½ tsp Red chilli flakes
½ tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp coriander & cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2-3 green chillies chopped for garnishing

Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and cook till golden.
Add gg paste, sauté.
Add Turmeric, red chillie flakes & powder, coriander & cumin crushed and roasted mixture.
(You can add 1.5 coriander and 1.5 tbsp cumin)
Cook spices well or add water for your ease.
Add tomatoes and cover lid till tomatoes are perfectly tendered.
Add yogurt and stir for 2 minutes then add kaleji. Give a nice mix and cover the lid for 6-7 minutes.
Add crushed Black pepper, mix and cover the lid again for 3 minutes.
Add salt and garam masala powder, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Give a coal smoke, serve with rice or roti🥂.

Ps. You can add Black pepper powder but it will dark you dish color so try to add it in the end. Freshly crushed Black pepper Give an aromatic and delicious taste.
