Terrace Residence is an outstanding example of modern functionalism. Spanning nearly 550 m², this luxury villa derives its distinct character from expansive terraces that dynamically shape its volume.

Setting the building back on the plot allowed for the creation of a grand front garden that frames views of the surrounding mature trees. As a result, the main living area and the master suite open gracefully to the surrounding greenery, while the entrance and driveway remain discreetly concealed.

Terrace Residence to wybitny przykład nowoczesnego funkcjonalizmu. Blisko 550 m² przestrzeni tej luksusowej willi czerpie swój charakter z rozległych tarasów, które dynamicznie kształtują jej bryłę.

Cofnięcie budynku w głąb posesji pozwoliło stworzyć reprezentacyjny ogród frontowy, który kadruje widok na otaczający starodrzew. Dzięki temu strefa dzienna oraz apartament master otwierają się na naturalną zieleń, podczas gdy wejście i wjazd pozostają dyskretnie ukryte.

Natural stone is one of the most authentic materials we work with in interior architecture. It remains untouched by seasonal trends, acquiring a noble patina over the years that builds long-term real estate value and timeless character.

In the Vesta Art Residence project, natural stone serves as the compositional heart of the private space. In the master bath, a backlit quartzite panel framed in carved stone forms a deep, sensory focal point. In the master bedroom, the striking Calacatta Viola marble defines the architectural detailing, proving that a single exquisite material can entirely transform an interior’s atmosphere.

Precision craftsmanship, meticulous attention to proportion, and the dialogue between natural stone, textured linen, and veneered surfaces come together in an elegant, serene, and effortless space. It is a choice of "out-of-trend" solutions designed to endure as a lasting legacy for decades to come.

Kamień naturalny to jedna z najbardziej autentycznych materii, jakimi operujemy w architekturze wnętrz. Nie ulega sezonowym modom, a z upływem lat szlachetnieje, budując długoterminową wartość nieruchomości i jej ponadczasowy charakter.

W projekcie Vesta Art Residence naturalny kamień stał się kompozycyjnym sercem przestrzeni prywatnej. Podświetlony panel z kwarcytu, ujęty w rzeźbioną ramę, tworzy w głównej łazience głęboki, sensoryczny punkt odniesienia. Z kolei w sypialni master wyrazisty marmur Calacatta Viola definiuje architektoniczny detal, udowadniając, że jeden szlachetny materiał potrafi całkowicie odmienić atmosferę wnętrza.

Ethereal Residence is a project defined by light, subtle interiors, where architecture forms a natural backdrop for curated art and refined materials.

At the heart of the living area lies a four-meter fireplace set against a striking marble feature wall, complemented by an authorially designed grand entrance hall. A custom-built elevator alongside floating, cantilevered stairs set against finely fluted timber creates a remarkable, pure architectural form.

Every space – from the main living area to the quiet, serene bedrooms – relies on a deliberate sense of scale and the authenticity of its materials. This is an interior where luxury manifests through harmony, restraint, and timeless craftsmanship.

Rezydencja Eteryczna to projekt jasnego, subtelnego wnętrza, w którym architektura tworzy naturalne tło dla ekspozycji sztuki i szlachetnej materii.

Sercem strefy dziennej jest czterometrowy kominek wyeksponowany na tle ściany z marmuru, a funkcję reprezentacyjną dopełnia autorsko zaprojektowany hol. Zaprojektowana na wymiar winda oraz schody o lewitujących, wspornikowych stopniach na tle frezowanego drewna tworzą niezwykłą, czystą formę architektoniczną.

Każda przestrzeń – od strefy dziennej po wyciszone sypialnie – opiera się na przemyślanej skali i autentyczności użytych materiałów. To wnętrze, w którym luksus wyraża się w harmonii, braku zbędnego gestu i ponadczasowym kunszcie.

Aura Residence exemplifies interior architecture where quietude and mature craftsmanship form the foundation of everyday well-being. A comprehensive transformation of the existing home gave rise to a signature, contemporary space defined by authentic materials, a muted color palette, and rigorous design discipline.

At the heart of the project lies the relationship between architecture and art. From the initial sketch, niches and walls were conceived as dedicated frames for sculptures, allowing the artwork to exist in seamless harmony with the interior.

A calming sanctuary, designed to foster enduring value and cater to the refined needs of its residents.

Aura Residence to przykład architektury wnętrz, w której spokój i dojrzałe rzemiosło stanowią fundament codziennego dobrostanu. Kompleksowa przebudowa istniejącego domu dała początek autorskiej, nowoczesnej przestrzeni zdefiniowanej przez autentyczną materię, stonowaną paletę barw oraz rygorystyczną dyscyplinę projektową.

Sercem projektu jest relacja architektury ze sztuką. Nisze i ściany już od pierwszego szkicu powstawały jako dedykowana oprawa dla rzeźb, dzięki czemu dzieła tworzą z wnętrzem pełną harmonię.

To wyciszający azyl stworzony z myślą o trwałości kapitału i wyrafinowanych potrzebach mieszkańców.

The interiors of Heritage Manor offer a contemporary interpretation of the classic manor house, grounded in an absolute respect for the original architecture. A palette of warm beiges, rich browns, and golden accents creates a space of timeless expression, deeply rooted in the heritage of European premium residences. The library stands at the heart of the home, centered around a one-of-a-kind stained-glass ceiling that forms the focal point and shapes the interior's unique identity.
Here, luxury is defined by bespoke, handcrafted details created exclusively for this residence – from custom moldings in the master bedroom to hand-selected Italian Taj Mahal marble, seamlessly unifying the hallways, staircases, and bath suites. Heritage Manor is architecture that steps away from fleeting trends to become a lasting legacy and an asset built to withstand the test of time.

Wnętrza Heritage Manor to współczesna interpretacja klasycznego dworku, oparta na absolutnym szacunku dla pierwotnej architektury. Paleta ciepłych beżów, głębokich brązów i złotych akcentów buduje przestrzeń o ponadczasowej sile wyrazu, zakorzenioną w tradycji europejskich rezydencji premium. Sercem domu stała się biblioteka z unikatowym, witrażowym sufitem, który stanowi centralny punkt i buduje indywidualną tożsamość tego wnętrza.

Luksus definiują tu autorskie, rzemieślnicze detale stworzone wyłącznie dla tej realizacji – od dedykowanych sztukaterii w master bedroom, po selekcjonowany we Włoszech marmur Taj Mahal, który płynnie spaja przestrzenie korytarzy, schodów i salonów kąpielowych. Heritage Manor to architektura, która rezygnuje z przelotnych trendów, by stać się trwałym dziedzictwem i kapitałem odpornym na próbę czasu.

Premium architecture does not compete with its surroundings – it becomes their natural extension. In Konstancin-Jeziorna, we designed a 412 m² residence: a contemporary reinterpretation of classic modernism, respectfully woven into mature woodland.

The structure is a study in contrast. Reserved from the street with fluted stone and rhythmic glazing, it relaxes toward the garden with soft curves and glass corners. Natural timber, gold, and copper accents bring warmth.

Three distinct levels range from a transparent ground floor beneath the treetops, through bedrooms with loggias, to a top-floor painting studio adjoining a green roof.

Beneath its minimalist silhouette lies an advanced ecosystem: ground-source heat pumps, photovoltaics, and mechanical ventilation.

Proof that timeless value stems from craftsmanship, conscious aesthetics, and responsibility for the future.

Architektura premium nie konkuruje z otoczeniem, lecz staje się jego przedłużeniem. W Konstancinie-Jeziornie stworzyliśmy rezydencję o powierzchni 412 m², współczesną reinterpretację klasycznego modernizmu, wpisaną z szacunkiem w starodrzew.

Bryła to studium kontrastu. Od ulicy tajemnicza, z przeszkleniami i wejściem z ryflowanego kamienia. Od ogrodu łagodnieje, otwierając się na las szklanymi narożnikami i miękkimi zaokrągleniami. Naturalne drewno, złoto i miedź wnoszą ciepło.

Trzy poziomy prowadzą od transparentnego parteru z tarasem pod koronami drzew, przez sypialnie z loggiami, po pracownię malarską przy zielonym dachu.

Pod minimalistyczną sylwetką kryje się ekosystem: gruntowe pompy ciepła, fotowoltaika i wentylacja mechaniczna.

Dowód, że ponadczasowa wartość rodzi się na styku rzemiosła, estetyki out of trend i odpowiedzialności za przyszłość.
