Com os dias a arrefecer e as noites a pedir lume, está oficialmente aberta a temporada de cozinhar à moda antiga aqui na N2 Overlander Lodge.

Ferro fundido Petromax, brasas bem acesas e tempo para saborear cada passo: o café a borbulhar no Perkomax, o guisado a apurar devagar no dutch oven e o cheiro a lenha a espalhar-se pelo ar. Sem pressas, sem ecrãs, só lume, boa comida e boa companhia. 🌲

Neste Ambiente Campestre no Centro de Portugal, a refeição faz parte da aventura. E o melhor é partilhá-la à volta da fogueira, depois de um dia na estrada.

🔥 Campfire cooking season is officially open! 🔥

As the days get cooler and the nights call for a fire, the season of old-school outdoor cooking has officially begun here at N2 Overlander Lodge.

Petromax cast iron, glowing embers and time to savour every step: coffee bubbling away in the Perkomax, a stew slowly coming together in the Dutch oven, and the smell of woodsmoke drifting through the air. No rush, no screens, just fire, good food and good company. 🌲

Here in the countryside of Central Portugal, the meal is part of the adventure. And the best part is sharing it around the campfire after a day on the road.
