Straight from Lisbon to Chiniot! 🌍
Today in the kitchen, we’re cooking one of Punjab’s most iconic comfort dishes — Mutton Kunna Gosht, Chinioti Style 🐐🍛
Traditionally slow-cooked in an earthen pot (that’s why it’s also called Matka Gosht), this dish is rich, meaty, buttery, and full of soul.
We’re making it the easy home way — no underground fire pits, no stress — just pure flavor and nostalgia simmering away in your kitchen.
💡 Watch till the end for that golden butter moment… it’s pure desi drama in a clay pot!
👩‍🍳 Made with love in Lisbon.
