Some of these candles feel a little too personal… they’re not here to relax you, they’re here to expose you! 👯🏼

Bad decisions, main character energy, questionable choices and a bit of delusion… all hand poured into coconut & soy wax 🫶🏻

Slow made, strong scents, and each one actually smells like the mood it’s calling you out on. This was never about just making candles, it was about making something that feels like you!

new candles are coming 🪩

I’ve been working on these for the past few months, testing new fragrances, new formats, and a slightly more… unfiltered tone 👩🏼‍🎨

these are cup candles with edgy, relatable phrases
the kind that make you laugh a little and feel a bit called out 🫂

strong scents, bold energy, and definitely not your average “cute candle”

this feels like a new chapter for CENAS
and I can’t wait for you to see (and smell) them ✨

i’m back 👩🏼‍🎨

2025 wasn’t exactly what I expected. I started a full-time job and CENAS had to slow down for a bit. Then summer came… and with the new US tariffs, shipping from Portugal got messy. I had to cancel my biggest Etsy market… which honestly hit harder than I expected.

But I didn’t disappear. You could still find my pieces in Lisbon at .dolphin.lisbon , .conceptstore and .

Behind the scenes, I kept creating. Iworked on custom cup candles for , which made me realise how much I love this format. SoI started experimenting more. Stronger scents, new shapes, new ideas… which slowly turned into something bigger! 🪩🍒

I also took the time to rebuild things: reworked my jesmonite pieces, my decorative candles and finally launched my own website. You can still find me on Etsy, but now I have my own space too.

This past year taught me a lot and for the past few months I’ve been quietly working on new fragrances and product concepts.

So yeah… I’m back. And I’m just getting started. 👯🏼‍♀️

Yesterday Cenas by Meg turned 3 years old and I didn’t post because it was also my mum’s 60th birthday. A very special day all around, so I spent it with family instead of scrolling. 💖

I still wanted to share some moments though, swipe the post to see photos and videos from these three years: shops, studio chaos, little wins, best sellers and all the colorful mess in between. This last year has been quieter (I’m doing other projects and started a full-time job), but Cenas by Meg is still here. Pieces are in local concept stores and Etsy is open. I’m just running things a bit from afar for now, not leaving the brand, just changing the rhythm. ✨

Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported this little one-woman business: customers, concept stores, friends and followers. You made this possible. ❤️

Barbie? Never heard of her.
Meg runs the shop, packs the orders, posts the memes, melts the candles, and still finds time to obsess over color palettes. 🌈🪩
It’s me. I’m every woman (and also the intern, the designer, the accountant, the social media manager, and the one sweeping glitter off the floor).

CENAS is a one-woman show — with a whole lot of love, chaos and dopamine colors! 💖
And yes, if I were an action figure, this would be the box.
