Lived-in or empty, we transform spaces into buyer-ready homes.
✨ Maximum impact. Real results. Before finding her passion in residential staging design, the founder of The Griff Edit spent over ten years in the corporate world, specialising in transformation projects and change management. That career built a strong foundation in strategic thinking, communication, and delivery under pressure – ski
lls she now brings to the world of home staging. But what truly sets her apart is her hands-on experience in the very challenges her clients face. Her journey into interiors began unexpectedly when she and her partner needed to sell their own family home – one that had sat on the market for over 15 weeks with no offers, due to its location on a busy main road. Taking matters into her own hands, she removed personal items, staged the home thoughtfully, and styled it with curated accessories. The result? A surge in viewings and a firm offer within three weeks. This real-world success sparked her passion for transforming spaces and understanding exactly how presentation influences perception and price. That passion deepened in 2021 when she project-managed and renovated a five-bedroom Victorian probate property. From layout and interior design to selecting finishes and furniture, she rebuilt everything from the inside out—retaining only the outer walls and roof. After completing the home’s interiors, she turned her attention outdoors, designing and overseeing the full garden transformation, including contractor management and material sourcing. This experience gave her deep insight into the needs of both buyers and sellers navigating big lifestyle transitions. That hobby became a calling when friends began requesting help staging their own properties. After a second successful staging led to another quick sale, she committed fully to launching The Griff Edit – a business that blends creativity, strategic project management, and buyer psychology to help others achieve similar success.
