Join us for the opening of ENTER, a solo exhibition by Romanian visual artist Sorin Bijan, on September 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at After 5 Art Escape, Arad.
In ENTER, Sorin Bijan invites viewers into a visual universe where a single sign generates an entire world. From a distance, the works appear as unified structures; up close, they reveal countless individual presences, connections, and hidden forms. Moving between singular and collective, order and transformation, the exhibition becomes an invitation to explore both the image and the inner space it opens.
As Robert Șerban observes:
"The individual does not disappear through erasure, but through integration. It continues to exist, yet only as part of a collective organism, in a logic where the singular can no longer be separated from the plural."
Continuing the dialogue initiated by his previous exhibition, Exit, Sorin Bijan describes ENTER as a journey in the opposite direction:
"In Exit, the search takes place through departure, through leaving one's comfort zone, while Enter is about the call inward, about deepening and exploring the inner self."
