OFYR is a new, innovative cooking and grilling facility that combines unique style with healthy and outdoor cooking possibilities. The cone-shaped bowl encompasses a (wood stoked) fire which is used to heat the wide, flat, steel rim used for high-efficiency cooking. The heat from the fire creates a perfectly smooth gradient across the top plate - hotter towards the centre than the perimeter - allowing for multiple cooking temperatures across the same, single plate. OFYR is incredibly easy to maintain - there is virtually no maintenance required. It can be left outside and uncovered in all weather conditions and its simple three-part design allows for easy relocation. Food and oil remains can be scraped straight into the central firepit and once you have finished cooking, you must simply wipe the top plate with an oily cloth. OFYR was created to transform the classical BBQ experience into a true culinary experience that is both enjoyable and ideal for socialising. It may also be used as a firepit, therefore once the food has been cooked and eaten, one may continue feeding the fire and enjoying the warm, magical atmosphere.
