After years of writing across multiple countries, my first book has finally been submitted to Amazon.

It isn’t just a memoir.

It’s a documentary-philosophical story about architecture, fashion, music, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, immigration, freedom, wealth, technology, and what it really means to build a life that isn’t dependent on geography.

I also write about why creative media—books, music, video, and digital products—can become a path toward independence in the AI era, and why I believe one person can build an entire ecosystem without relying on large teams.

One of the most important stages of any development project is selecting the right location.

These photos were taken during our latest site evaluation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where we are currently exploring a premium venue in one of the city’s most prestigious districts for the potential launch of our signature concept — Architect Or Bar.

The building offers many of the characteristics we look for when selecting locations for our creative destinations. Its scale, atmosphere, surrounding neighborhood, and overall potential make it a strong candidate for transforming into a space that brings together architecture, design, culture, networking, and creative collaboration.

While the interior will be completely redesigned to match our architectural vision and brand standards, the location itself provides an excellent foundation for realizing this concept in Vietnam.

We are currently evaluating the opportunity and are open to discussions with strategic partners, investors, tenants, brands, artists, and creative professionals who would like to become part of this project from its early stages.

Today we’d like to share something deeply personal from the founder of our studio.

While architecture, design, development, and creative direction have always been at the center of his professional life, music has been a parallel journey spanning more than 25 years.

After decades of creating and collecting unreleased material, the first chapter has finally been released.

ÆD BØY – HARD (Live Album Mix) is now available on YouTube, featuring a continuous mix of original tracks from the newly released album HARD, now streaming worldwide across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, and other major platforms.

This project represents the beginning of a much larger archive of music created over the past quarter century — work that until now remained unheard outside a very small circle.

What makes this release especially meaningful is that it is completely independent. Every composition, recording, and master is owned and controlled by the artist, creating a rare opportunity to bring decades of creative work directly to listeners.
