Dreem Arkitekter DREEM Arkitekter är ett arkitektkontor med bred erfarenhet, mycket kunskap och stor nyfikenhet. Alla har olika kompetenser och erfarenheter att ge.

DREEM är ett arkitektkontor med medarbetare som har lång erfarenhet. Nyfikenhet kombinerat med erfarenhet ger oss möjlighet att hitta nya lösningar. Vi bygger en platt organisation där alla ges möjlighet att bidra. Olikheter ser vi som en styrka om man samtidigt är lyhörd mot beställarens önskemål. DREEMs arbete präglas därför likväl av internationella intryck som av traditionell och modern nordis

k arkitektur. Vi på DREEM siktar efter att alltid ha ett nära samarbete med beställare och uppdragsgivare som grundar sig på lyhördhet och flexibilitet. I en värld där miljö och optimering har blivit en självklarhet, ser vi det som en naturlig del av arbetet. Det finns alltid innovationer att göra på områden som material, logistik, struktur och hur byggnader/lokaler brukas. Vi på DREEM har också med vår internationella bakgrund (även erfarenhet av kontor utomlands) kunskap om många andra typer av material och lösningar som vi tror kan höja projekten vad gäller kostnad och hållbarhet. Ett exempel på detta är att vi är utvalda att arbeta i ett Innovationslab gällande Älvstranden och Göteborgs framtida utveckling. Vi anser att arkitektens uppgift är att ge alla projekt samma omsorg och att i alla projekt, oavsett storlek och ekonomiska förutsättningar, inte nöja sig utan att sikta efter god, genomtänkt och personlig arkitektur. Kontorshuset Helgafjäll i Kista har genomgått en välbehövlig fasadförädling
Corems fastighet Helgafjäll har genomgått en fasadförädling som även inneburit en rejäl energieffektivisering. Dreem har gett byggnaden ett nytt helhetsintryck vilket ökar attraktiviteten för hyresgäster och skapar en ökad tydlighet för besökare.

Our collaboration with Svenska Kyrkan on St Nicolai in Malmö is well underway.
The project challenges us to recreate a historical warehouse interior while meeting demanding acoustic requirements — and together with , we’ve developed a modern ornamental plaster with built-in acoustic functionality.
With this as the backdrop, we want to say thank you to everyone who joined us for Monday’s event, “Acoustics in Cultural Heritage Environments”. Seeing so many people show up really highlighted the strong interest and curiosity around these topics.

Soon, Lomma Chapel will feature a carefully designed extension by Dreem Architects, offering seating for up to 50 guests. The new glass pavilion will serve as a bright and welcoming entrance where visitors can light candles, meet, and find peace – surrounded by nature and the nearby Höje River.
The extension is crafted with great respect for the chapel’s modernist architecture, blending seamlessly into the slope with a green sedum roof and transparent materials.
We look forward to creating an even more accessible, warm, and functional chapel for the people of Lomma – a place for memories, ceremonies, and tranquility.

Hjälpslaktaren – From industrial heritage to vibrant city life
 
In Stockholm’s Slakthusområdet, the transformation continues. Lipid AB is developing new homes and ground-floor spaces in Block H, designed by Dreem. The architecture connects the area’s industrial past with a modern, coherent and welcoming environment.
Around 110 apartments will rise across seven buildings, with spaces that open towards Slakthusgatan and Styckmästargatan. Hjälpslaktaren is becoming a lively new part of the city, a new urban area where people can live close to industrial history.

In one of Dreem’s upcoming residential projects, we’re exploring the possibility of using clay plaster. That’s why it was especially interesting to take part in a workshop on unfired clay together with and Viberg at in Malmö.
Big thanks to Jönsson for sharing the great properties of clay when it comes to moisture, fire resistance, and acoustics.
