I’m a mom of two, and sometimes, running your own business while raising children is hard. While some say “You can have it all”, I’m not sure I agree.

Sometimes you have a deadline, emails waiting, bills to pay and a child who needs you.
The guilt can come from every direction. Guilt for not working enough, and guilt for not being present enough.

I know how lucky I am to have my own business and the freedom to bring them with me to work. I know many parents would love to take more time with their children but simply can’t.

But I’d honestly rather carry the financial stress and uncertainty that comes with being self-employed than have a job where I couldn’t be there for my children when they need me.

I’m still learning. Still trying to find the balance. Still questioning my choices.

And I just hope that, somehow, I’m enough. ❤️

Förra gången blev workshopen fullbokad på bara 1 dag.

Kurinuki är en japansk teknik där formen skärs fram ur ett massivt lerblock. Varje snitt lämnar spår av handen och varje objekt blir helt unikt.

Under workshopen skapar vi skålar, koppar eller små ljusstakar i en långsam och meditativ process.

My kids often love helping me out in the studio and somewhere in the back of my mind, I secretly hope they’ll want to keep creating alongside me later in life too - that being creative will always be something that connects us.

Today I restocked the shelves at and then I went and bought 2 kilos of moss for the exhibition … 👀

After two weeks of resting and enjoying quality time with my family, I’m back in the studio for a special project and also getting started on the vases for F O R M A R G R U P P E N and its upcoming exhibition.

Let’s just say… my energy is back. ✨

I wanted to create a candle holder that feels like a treasure found on the ocean floor shaped by time, waves, and salt. The best part was that almost everyone who saw it asked the same question: “Is this really clay?” That’s when I knew I had captured exactly the feeling I was aiming for.

I was so happy with the result that I made a larger one for myself, with room for three candles. I can’t wait to have it on my dining table at home, bringing a warm glow to cozy evenings 🥰

This bowl was created with my heart.
I was inspired by the sea and the organic beauty of a seashell, letting the clay find its own natural movement and shape.

Seeing the incredible response the bowls received at the market truly filled my heart with joy. It means so much when something made with genuine passion connects with others.

This piece is one I’m especially proud of, and your love for it has inspired me to create more. All of you who bought these bowls, I hope they give you much joy and for all of you who wanted one… stay tuned, will definitely make more 😌

Tomorrow at 10 we will be opening the park and welcoming you to Hantverksmässan i Båstad
This is my 4th year participating and I absolutely love it!
Can’t wait to meet my regulars but also plenty of new people, plus hang out with my neighbor and bestie Tess Jordan who makes beautiful jewelry!

I’m stepping into a new production cycle, but this one has felt different…

After an intense spring in the studio, life happened all at once. We moved house, started renovating and our son was diagnosed with ADHD. Everything changed overnight, while the work kept asking for the same version of me.

Being self-employed isn’t always the freedom people imagine. Sometimes I wish I could simply call my boss and ask for a few days off. The funny thing is… I probably push myself harder than any boss ever would.

I feel like I’ve been running my whole life. Since I was a child, I’ve always been ten steps ahead, constantly moving, rarely stopping long enough to look back.

But lately, my body has been asking for something different. Rest.

Right now, I’m working towards the market in Båstad. That’s my finish line for this chapter and after that, I’m allowing myself to slow down, breathe and simply be for a while. This too shall pass as a good old friend of mine said ❤️
